66kV Power Line Relocation, Epping
DESIGN SCOPE:
- Relocation of LV, 11kV and 66kV power lines to enable an RMS road widening.
HIGHLIGHTS:
- Obtained approval from Sydney Trains to modify overhead wires over a major rail corridor,
- Developed a custom 66kV pole top construction to suit complying with both Ausgrid and Sydney Trains power line standards,
- Managed multiple approval processes due to the site sitting on the boundary between Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy, as well as the boundary between two councils (Parramatta and Hornsby).
