220 Lot Residential Subdivision, Shell Cove
DESIGN SCOPE:
- 4 x 500kVA padmount substations and associated 11kV lead in cables,
- Street lighting for all internal P category roads as well as the V category intersections with Harbour Blvd,
- LV reticulation to all proposed lots.
HIGHLIGHTS:
- 11kV overhead relocation and undergrounding of mains to allow for the construction of future subdivision precincts,
- Allowance for interconnection with new 11kV distributor for existing HV customer,
- Allowance for pump station grid connection,
- Included pillars and service conduits for future superlot redevelopments to avoid additional L3 designs.
