DESIGN SCOPE:

• 3 x 500kVA padmount substations and associated 11kV lead in cables,
• Street lighting for all internal P category roads as well as the future V category roadway 'Hayes Lane',
• LV reticulation to all proposed lots.

HIGHLIGHTS:

• 11kV overhead relocation and undergrounding of mains to allow for the construction of subdivision roads,
• Allowance for reinstatement of electrical supply to existing customers to the north of site,
• Design new reticulation to bypass TransGrid 330kV overhead powerline and easement,
• Street lighting design to V3 category requirements for Hayes Lane to facilitate future installation of V category luminaires without the need of relocating street lighting columns.
